Shipping policy

Please allow up to 24-72 hours from when your order is placed before it is dispatched to the USPS shipping carrier. We very much appreciate your understanding on this. Special Drops can take up to 20 business days to process and fulfill. 

We ship out from Westlake Village, California USA and use the carrier USPS. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of the year (expect slower speeds around the holidays in November and December), with country/regional area’s being slowest and metropolitan areas being fastest.

Domestic Ground Advantage Shipping typically takes 3-7 days. 

Domestic Priority Shipping will be from 3-5 days.  

Once we drop your package off to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to remedy the situation or set up a redelivery. If items are returned to us we will contact you to set up a reshipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you are an international customer, please allow extra time for your package to arrive.  Customs has been known to hold onto packages for an extended amount of time. We are not responsible for import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country's customs policies. These fees are not shipping costs and we have no control over how they are applied. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete address, your order processing may be delayed an additional days until you reply back to our email requesting address verification.
